We offer exchanges and refunds within 4 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  • The process may take up to 3 days after receiving the return

Refund method:

  • Cash payments: refunded via Instapay
  • Online payments: refunded to the original payment method (Visa)

  • Processing begins after receiving and inspecting the returned item

Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs
