We offer exchanges and refunds within 4 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange or return.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and inspect its condition.
The process may take up to 3 days after we receive your return.
Refunds will be issued as follows: Cash Payments: Refunds will be sent through instapay . Online Payments: Refunds will be processed through Visa refund to the original payment method.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, let us know the new size or color you’d like (subject to availability).
Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Important Notes
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility.
If an incorrect or defective item was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
