Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges & Refunds

  • We offer exchanges and refunds within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  • To request an exchange or refund, contact us through:

  • Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange or return.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and inspect its condition.
  • The process may take up to 3 days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds will be issued as follows:
    Cash Payments: Refunds will be sent through instapay .
    Online Payments: Refunds will be processed through Visa refund to the original payment method.

Exchange Process

  • If you wish to exchange an item, let us know the new size or color you’d like (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If an incorrect or defective item was sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
